Calibration and modified Crawford model application in the northern part of the Lerma River basin, in the state of Guanajuato
Keywords:
hydrological modelling, deterministic parametric, Crawford modelAbstract
The hydrological mathematical modelling is outlined and the Crawford conceptual parametric model to estimate the monthly runoff volume is briefly described. The study zone is located, the available hydrologic information and the study scopes are indicated. Then the statistical analysis of the used hydrometric information is detailed. Afterwards, the calibration tests carried out are described, showing at the same time the results, selection criteria and its adapted values. A practical numerical application is presented in a brief way. Finally, several conclusions are formulated.
